Hello friends!
As you may or may not know, March 22, 2014 marks the twentieth anniversary of the release of the debut album “Naveed” by our favorite band, Our Lady Peace! ( WOW )
I am working on putting together a fan based video to share with everyone and I need your help ! What I am asking is for those of you who feel comfortable in front of a camera to record a video less than 60 seconds long, sharing your thoughts on OLP and what their music has meant to you.
Be creative, thoughtful and basically, anything goes. My projected date for the video to be completed for final editing is roughly February 27th. I would like to have all submissions for consideration in my email by the end of September (the sooner the better). I may extend this date if the submissions roll in faster than expected.
If you aren’t that crazy about the idea of being on camera, there are other suggestions to include yourself in this video. I would like to do a small section of “cue card” messages that could include your personal message to the band, or congratulatory wishes as well.
Pictures of your most treasured OLP collectibles are a great contribution as well, and certainly a spot will be held in the video for those epic concert memories/photos too!
I look forward to seeing all of your submissions to this project and please let me know along with your contribution, if you would like to be emailed on the progress being made on our video!
